Read All About It:

The navigation bar contains links to all the pages on your website. Read on to learn how to change the order of your pages, add a new page, rename or delete a page, and customize the way the links look.

Access Your Navigation Settings

In the top toolbar, click on "Design" to see a drop-down menu. Select "Navigation" to bring up the navigation window.

Edit Your Pages

In the navigation window, you will see all your pages listed in the center box. Click and drag the pages in this box to re-order the pages. To make a page the HOME page (the first page visitors will see when they type in your site address), drag it to the top of the list.

Rename or Delete A Page

Click on "Rename" to change the name of a page. Click on the "X" next to "Rename" to delete a page (you cannot delete a page you are currently on).

Change the Appearance

Edit the look of your navigation links with the following options:

  • Font: click on the font icon and choose a font you want the navigation links to be.
  • Colors: click on the colors icon to see the chosen link colors (see more on colors below); click on the square color box to select a color with the provided color picker tool.

Page Link Colors

In your navigation settings, you will notice that there are four "Navigation Colors" you can change. They are the following:

  • Standard Text (the color for all the links)
  • Hover Text (this is the color you will see when you move the mouse over a link)
  • Current Page (this color turns on for the page that the visitor is currently on)
  • Text Background (you can also choose a color to add a color background behind the text for each link)
