How To: Create a Photo Gallery

Create a gallery to organize your photos and easily share multiple photos on your site. Read on to learn how to create galleries, how to add one to your page, and how to manage the gallery once it is there.

Access Your Photobank

In the top toolbar, click on the "Add Photo" button to bring up your Photobank.

First, Create A Gallery

There are two ways to create a photo gallery. One way, you can create one from an upload you've completed by clicking Create Gallery on the far right of any upload title.

Or the second way, you can create an empty gallery by clicking on the plus button on the left sidebar in your Photobank.

In the pop-up window, type in the name of your new gallery.

Your gallery will appear in the left sidebar.

To add more photos to a gallery, you can easily drag photos from your Photobank and place them on the gallery title.

Add the Gallery to Your Page

First, click on the name of the gallery you wish to add. The contents of that gallery will appear.

Click on "Add Gallery to Page" to add your Gallery to your page.

A window will pop up giving you four gallery styles to choose from:

• Photo Stack
• Fader
• Simple Grid

After you have chosen a style, your gallery will appear on your page. Click and drag to move the gallery.

Drag the corner arrow, if needed, to scale the gallery. To see your gallery in action, you will need to publish your site and log out.

Manage a Gallery

You can edit a photo gallery on your page anytime to change things like the gallery style or add/delete photos. Click on "Add Photo" to bring up your Photobank. Select the gallery you wish to edit on the left sidebar.

In "Manage Gallery", you can do the following:

• Change the style by selecting a different option in Gallery Style.
• Change the size of the gallery photos by selecting a size in Photo Size.
• Drag photos to re-order your gallery (see image below).



• Delete photos by clicking on the "X" in the upper right corner of the photo.
• Delete the gallery by clicking on "Delete Gallery" in the upper right corner of the Photobank. Click "OK" to confirm.
